Tescos vouchers on Ebay

People are selling Tescos Computers for Schools vouchers on Ebay typically for around £6.50 per 100. You need 10000 for a computer. If we assume the comp is worth 500 squids to a school (no VAT, educational + bulk discount etc) then 100 vouchers are worth a fiver. But if, as you'll see after the jump, the school only claims lower priced items, the vouchers are worth half the Ebay rate. So schools won't be buying them - it'll be parents impervious to the fact that they would be doing their kids a greater favour by just donating the cash to the school...
