Really don't like number two onhis list - we all know that using Office et al online pay-as-you-go is the future, but it really does not appeal to me - I want to use my software when I want, how I want with no hidden or additional charges, but there you go. I can't stand earbud headphones. That's probably why I've managed without an iPod all this time. I know you can jack anything into them, but that seems just too much much to get broken as they're chucked in a bag or whatever. Furniture

Ok so furniture is seldom of interest to me, but I chanced upon the best cabinets I've ever seen just now. You can buy, for around a grand, furniture in the shape of any letter you want. So if you stick a few of these giant creations together, you can make enormous signs!

LED floors

You can now get pressure-sensitive flashing dancefloors that adjust according to a clubber's movements and/or the TUNES being pumped through the sound system. I want some.
